Why am I unable to add my items to cart?

If you're getting a warning message while trying to add your items to cart, it usually means that the requested quantities aren't available. Kindly contact us should you wish to order more quantities than available.

Yes! When checking out you have the option to pay on delivery. We accept cash payments.

Do you deliver to Gozo?

We try our best to satisfy all orders. Deliveries to Gozo are available on request and may require an additional fee. As soon as you place an order with us, we will get in touch with you to discuss the costs and delivery date.

Do you ship overseas?

Our services are only available for the Maltese islands.

Is the delivery free of charge?

Deliveries are free of charge for orders above €40. We charge a flat rate of €3.00 for smaller orders.

After Sales Information

Can I return an item?

We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with your item. As long as the item is still in it's original packaging, unused and with tags, we will offer a refund for up to 15 days after purchase. You can choose to have your money back or exchange with another item available on our site. Kindly contact us for refunds.
